Seaside Park is a haven for people and birds alike.

In a natural setting nestled on a barrier island 4 houses from bay beach, 2 blocks from ocean beach. Within walking distance of tennis courts, fishing, crabbing piers, and a boardwalk that connects to Seaside Heights with fun for all within a short walk. Street Parking available and generally plentiful on this bay side.

The rental house that sleeps 4 to 6 people, is located in the quiet rear property, with the owner's cozy cottage located in front. The livingroom space is on second floor and can double as a bedroom. On the ground floor is a gas in-ground barbecue, well-tended private garden area, outdoor shower, utility area has a washer and dryer with full bath and walk-in large shower. Upstairs is a large deck accross front of the house.

Inside is a dining room & kitchen with all modern amenities, flanked with two small bedrooms and a full bath.

Upstairs is a bright large loft area overlooking dining room, with a large comfortable sofa, trundle bed for two and tv with dvd. House is cooled by two air conditioners and ceiling fans when we are not getting the cool southeast breezes.

Island Beach State Park, the jewel of the jersey shore, is located just south of us a few blocks away, offering all kinds of activities.

2 Free Adult beach badges are available but must be returned at the end of rental or deducted from your security fee.

References required. $1200 per week, 50% deposit to hold space, $300 Security deposit returned 10 days after rental or sooner. Discount available for multiple week rentals. Available June-Sept.
