Coin-operated washer and dryer. Outdoor shower and table and chairs in an outside sitting area. Barbecue, cable television, and wifi included. Has two fulls, twin beds as well as a futon for sleeping. Parking for one car.

House Rules
Bookings are allowed just Saturday to Saturday! No exceptions.
House swept clean, all garbage and food removed from the house, and beds made before leaving. House must be left in same condition as found.
No group rental. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Marilyn is an excellent and attentive host. The location was perfect for us; away from the rides but close enough to the boardwalk for food. Beach access was just across the street.

The property was clean and very close to the beach. The rooms are not large but comfortable and the living room has a view of the dunes and water. There isn’t a dishwasher
