Coin-operated washer and dryer. Outdoor shower and table and chairs in an outside sitting area. Barbecue, cable television, and wifi included. Has two fulls, twin beds as well as a futon for sleeping. Parking for one car.

House Rules
Bookings are allowed just Saturday to Saturday! No exceptions.
House swept clean, all garbage and food removed from the house, and beds made before leaving. House must be left in same condition as found.
No group rental. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for our family. The house itself was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. It really felt like a home away from home.
A special mention to the property manager, Marilyn, who was absolutely wonderful. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Marilyn is an excellent and attentive host. The location was perfect for us; away from the rides but close enough to the boardwalk for food. Beach access was just across the street.

The property was clean and very close to the beach. The rooms are not large but comfortable and the living room has a view of the dunes and water. There isn’t a dishwasher
