The Must-Be-Experienced sights, sounds and activities of the World Renowned Wildwood Boardwalk are mere minutes away by car or trolley, or just slightly longer if taking a nice healthy walk. Don’t feel like making a home cooked meal in our beautiful, modern, open kitchen? Dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or just go enjoy your favorite Boardwalk pizza, fries or sandwich. Need a break from the sun and heat? Take advantage of the Central Air Conditioning and read a book, watch Cable TV, a DVD, stream movies and shows from your favorite apps, or make use of the free Wireless Internet. In addition to the ocean/beach front views our balcony provides, the panoramic view from Stockton's Roof Top Deck is second to none for bay sunsets and the weekly summertime fireworks display from the Boardwalk. Policies
FAMILY RENTALS ONLY
NO RENTALS TO UNDER 25 YEARS OLD
7 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING LATE SPRING AND SUMMER PEAK SEASONS.
Personal Check accepted if received 3 weeks prior to beginning of Rental Term. Unless otherwise agreed, Full Payment must be received within 30 days of Booking Date or no later than 3 weeks prior to onset of Rental Term, whichever is sooner.
No Cleaning Fees during Late Spring and Summer Peak Season. Unit is professionally cleaned prior to each Rental Term.
$200 Cleaning Fee during Off Peak Seasons. 3 night minimum rental required during Off Peak Season. Any 3 night Off Peak rental that includes both Saturday and Sunday nights will be charged the weekend nightly rate for all 3 nights.
CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the default cancellation date listed on Rental Agreement, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

$500 Booking/Refundable Damage Deposit
Deposit refunded upon completion of Rental Term, Inspection of Unit, and Receipt of Keys. Cancellation policy listed on Rental Agreement.
Any additional maintenance/cleaning costs due to damage, excessive wear and tear, or excessive uncleanliness, will be deducted from Deposit.

Our family has been going to Wildwood Crest for over 20 years and we have stayed at the Stockton Beach House Penthouse for the last 4. Simply the Best! Location is perfect , the unit is spacious & well equipped. The large outdoor deck that faces the beautiful Atlantic is stunning! Brian is always so friendly and great to deal with. #1258. Great Place in the Crest
My family have been renting this unit for the same 2 weeks every year since the Stockton Beach House opened. It has been a great place to day and create wonderful memories with my children & grandchildren. It is beautifully located right on the beach. It is well furnished and equipped. The kitchen is loaded with everything you might need. With 5 bedrooms and a den with a pullout sofa the is plenty of room for the whole family. Brian, the property manager is a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a place to stay in Wildwood, I highly recommend this unit.
