The rental of $1600 per month includes almost all utilities: heat, hot water, basic cable, internet (wifi), sewer. Electric (lights and appliances) runs about $15-$25 per month based on consumption and is the only additional charge.

The porch, front yard, and laundry are the only shared areas. The driveway is NOT included in the rental.

We loved the house for its proximity to the beach. We were easily able to go for quick trips to the beach and ate all our meals looking out at the ocean.
