This beach house is located in the south end of Ocean Grove close to the beach and boardwalk. It's sunny and cheery, with a welcoming, seaside cottage feeling. The first floor apartment has one bedroom and a lovely porch right outside your door. Pretty furnishings. The second floor apartment has two bedrooms, an L-shaped living room with dining area, NEW kitchen and bath. It also has beautiful and expansive views of the beach and ocean.
SPLENDOR BY THE SEA, our Victorian-era beach house, is just three houses to the beach.
NON-SMOKING guests only. Entire property is non-smoking (inside and outside).
No pets.

Layout And Extras
-The 1-bedroom unit is on the first floor of this two-family beach house with a private entrance. A breezy open-air porch with views of the ocean is right outside your door. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out comfortable sofa-bed in the living room which can accommodate additional person(s) on a short term basis. Immaculate and recently redecorated. Includes living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.
- The 2-bedroom unit is on the second floor with a private entrance. It has 2 bedrooms (queen bed in master bedroom, Wesley Allen daybed with two twin-size mattresses in second bedroom), living room with dining area, brand new kitchen and bathroom. The living room has sofa beds for short term guests. This sparkling apartment is updated and nicely decorated. Lots of windows to enjoy the lovely ocean breezes and views. Cottage décor and sunshine create a bright and airy seaside ambiance.
State-of-the-art washer/dryer on-premises.
Fully equipped kitchen with amenities. Cable TV, Smart TVs, internet access. Beach chairs. Beach passes are included in season when beach is open. The front porch and yard available for your use.
The porch, front yard, and laundry are the only shared areas. The driveway is not included in the rental.

The train to NYC stops a short walk away at the nearby Asbury Park or Bradley Beach train stations. The Academy bus to New York City picks up and drops off right in town. By car from NY, exit 100 GSP. Other routes available, check your GPS.

Just three houses from the Ocean Grove beach. Great location on a pretty street in a desirable south-end neighborhood a stone's throw from the boardwalk, the beach house is steps away from the beach, showers and food stands and the beautifully rebuilt Ocean Grove boardwalk. Pier extension to the ocean, playground and tennis courts are all very nearby. Roll up your pants and comb the beach for sand dollars and shells! A very short walk to the boardwalk pavilion and Auditorium Square. Free Saturday organ concerts, band concerts on the boardwalk on Wednesday nights. Saturday evening concert series, classical music series, Centennial cottage tours and more!

This beach house is located on a pretty street in a desirable south end neighborhood just a stone's throw from the boardwalk. We are also close to the fishing pier and steps away from the showers and facilities on simple beautifully-restored boardwalk. Park and tennis court nearby. The front yard and barbecue grill are available for your use.

The town of Ocean Grove, New Jersey, is on the National Register of Historic Places, like stepping back to another era, when the pace was slower and pleasures simpler. Relax and decompress. Find restaurants, antique shops, beautiful arts, craft and jewelry items at Main Avenue Galleria, a fully-restored antique soda shop, a food market, an ice cream parlor in operation since the 1800's, a great bakery, a terrific cheese shop and other shops and take out establishments. All just a short walk from your home away from home!!! In fact, everything in Ocean Grove is within a short walking distance. Just a few minutes farther north on foot via the boardwalk, Asbury Park is in renaissance mode with lots of shops, miniature golf, swan boat rides on the lake, and trendy new restaurants and bars. This charming home made for the perfect getaway! It’s just a few houses from the beach as well as being close to the main street shops. The front porch with its view of the beach and ocean is extremely relaxing. The home is clean and quaint and the owner is very accommodating. I will be back again!

From the easy check in to the ambiance of the apartment and the delicious cake so graciously left to welcome us, our stay here was lovely. The view from the porch and the nearness of the beach with its amenities right at hand was exactly w hat we were looking for. My husband is a big man (6’3” & 240 lbs) and he loved having all the room to stretch out in. The decor was relaxing and all of the extras provided was so helpful in our first rental experience. There was nothing missing that we needed to enjoy our visit. Our hostess Debbie was incredibly patient with our clumsiness with using the internet and learning the in and outs of process. I have limited mobility due to MS and this property was excellent for my needs.
