Second-floor apartment in a two-family house with separate entrances and exits. In an ideal location on the beach block. It is located one property from Ocean Avenue. Everything is close such as the beach and the boardwalk. You can see the ocean from the second floor of the house. You can park two cars per apartment. Also has a large yard with two barbecues as well as tables and chairs. In addition, there is an outdoor shower and a yard section for each apartment. Two bedrooms in each apartment.
