Super location and roomy house Walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown Asbury this house was perfect for myself and my two boys for a 4 night off season stay. Raj and Allacen were super super responsive and on top of things and we had lots of space and beds in the house. The BBQ was great for a night of grilling and the living and dining room space were just perfect. Quiet neighborhood with lots to explore on foot.
Charming and well-finished house in awesome location with attentive management The location is fantastic - you can see the boardwalk from the front porch, and with a short walk you can get to Odyssey for coffee on Ocean Grove's Main St or Asbury Park Distilling Co for excellent cocktails just inside Asbury Park. Raj was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. He even helped me find a NYE broadcast in the final minutes before the ball drop! All told, a great rental experience to ring in the new year.
This house was perfect - just steps away from the beach! The owner was responsive and engaged, and the house was in perfect condition. We especially loved the porches and the location within Ocean Grove.
Nearby Attractions
Located near the north end of Ocean Grove this house is perfectly located and is a short 10 minute walk to The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. A 10 minute walk to the west over a pretty foot bridge takes you to the vibrant and fun filled Cookman Avenue which features some of the finest dining, bars and live music the area has to offer.

#2555. Charming home just steps from the beach!
We had a wonderful week stay at this beautiful beach house! It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The decor was charming, and the quaint living spaces made it feel cozy and welcoming. We also enjoyed relaxing on the porch, coffee on the deck with ocean view and the beach was just a short 2 minute walk away. The town and surrounding areas are a must see! Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay, and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean and exactly as described. Beach access was extremely convenient. Ocean Grove main street was very walkable, as was the Asbury Park boardwalk. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is the second year we’ve stayed at 5.5 Bath Ave. in Ocean Grove and we’ve had an outstanding stay both times. The house is beautiful and is a great size. The location is incredible, just a few houses from the beach. The house is a great price and we definitely look forward to coming back in the future!

The house on Bath Aveo’s lovely, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. My group of five adults and two small children enjoyed our fifth visit. The easy access to the beach, and the easy access to Asbury are two huge attributes of this pretty house.

This was our family’s second stay at this beautiful beach house, and it was just as wonderful as the first time—if not better! The home is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with every comfort you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living spaces are bright and inviting, and the bedrooms are cozy and peaceful. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made our days so easy and relaxing.
The owner is fantastic—attentive, responsive, and truly cares about making sure guests have a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of love and effort into maintaining the property and ensuring it’s in top condition.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and perfectly located beach getaway!

Our recent stay at this home was wonderful! The location is quiet and just steps from the beach. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with plenty of space and lovely comfortable decor (the beds and bathrooms are great!!). We always appreciate how well appointed the kitchen is. Also, it is easy to walk to everything in Ocean Grove - as well as Asbury Park - the beach, shops, and restaurants are all just minutes away. For us, it has been and will continue to be the ideal setting for a relaxing and memorable summer vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the second time we stayed at 5 1/2 Bath—our favorite summer rental place. It’s clean and comfortable, and feels like our home away from home. There’s plenty of space, the beds are comfortable, a few steps from the beach and a short walk to Asbury. We especially enjoy sitting on the front porch or the upstairs balcony to enjoy the view. Highly recommend!

This property is ideally situated, conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, downtown Ocean Grove, and Asbury Park. The owners and property manager exhibited exceptional responsiveness and a genuine commitment to ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. This house features a well-designed floor plan with ample bathrooms, facilitating a seamless and comfortable morning routine. The air conditioning and fans provided effective cooling, while the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully equipped and was able to meet all our culinary needs. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this location to groups seeking a tranquil setting near the beach, restaurants, and shopping opportunities in Ocean Grove, as well as proximity to Asbury Park.
