This house was perfect for us 4 couples. We walked to the Sea Hear Now festival in Asbury Park, plus it's a half block to the beach and walking distance to several good restaurants. Very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed. Highly responsive owner and property manager. Really fabulous all around.

We absolutely loved our stay in Ocean Grove at Nichols House. The house was clean and beautifully decorated, with lovely touches everywhere. The bedrooms were bright and spacious and the bathrooms all looked newly renovated and updated. The location could not be beat, with views of the ocean from both porches. Raj, the owner, and Allacen, the property manager, were very welcoming and attentive. 10/10! We will definitely be back.

House just as advertised. Lovely interior, very comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Asbury Park. Only four houses away from the beach. You could see the ocean from the second floor balcony. We would definitely book here again.

The home is beautiful, pristine, and in a fantastic location! Raj and his manager made us feel so incredibly welcome, and were always available to answer any questions that we had! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house half a block from the beach! The house has everything you need for your stay and if beautifully furnished! Great location with an ocean view!!! We would definitely stay again!

Truly loved our stay in Ocean Grove. The house was so welcoming and comfortable. The decor is tasteful and we found everything we needed. We never needed the a/c with the Ocean so close by. So enjoyed the porches and lovely neighbors. Great memories
