This was our second year, renting this beautiful ocean Grove home. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our entire family. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, going to the great Auditorium, walking to Asbury Park for dinner, and of course, going to the beach. we hope to be able to return next year as well.

We had the most wonderful time at this home. It is exactly as pictured and described — even better! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and the house is steps from the beach and boardwalk…amazing location. Definitely one of the best rental properties we have rented anywhere! The owners and property manager are great communicators, super responsive, thoughtful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience! I can’t say enough good things about them and this special gem of a property. We look forward to returning.

We have now rented this house three times and hope to rent it again. It is a lovely house, clean, comfortable, and maintained well. We arrived with five adults and two small children, and the house more than met our needs. Most of all, we appreciated the location: a very short walk to the beach and short walks to the Ocean Grove center for good restaurants and fine ice cream. A short walk in the opposite direction leads to Asbury Park. The local property manager was always quick to respond and effective.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful vacation at the Nichols House. The home is beautifully furnished, clean, and comfortable, with everything you could need (even some toys for the kids!). The owners and property manager were very responsive, happy to answer any questions. And of course, less than a block from the beach, the location cannot be beat. All the bedrooms and beds were so comfortable and being able to hear the waves at night made our vacation even more special. We can't wait to return to this lovely home!

This was the second year of hopefully many more trips to 5 1/2 Bath. What a little gem. While it looks small for the outside we had more than enough room to spread out even when our kids and grandkids stopped by. The poach is amazing but the second floor balcony, with its retractable shade was our favorite way to end the day with a view of the water. And Raj could not have been more helpful. We look forward to next year already.

Steps to the beach
House just as advertised. Lovely interior, very comfortable beds. Everything worked well. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to Asbury Park. Only four houses away from the beach. You could see the ocean from the second floor balcony. We would definitely book here again.

The house has all the amenities and is well cared for, the owners and property manager are responsive, and Ocean Grove is lovely. It’s great to be so close to the beach, to Main Street OG and to Asbury Park. There’s lots to do, including just relaxing on the deck and looking at the ocean.

This rental was a great experience from start to finish. The house itself was perfect for 8 old friends to enjoy the peace of Ocean Grove with easy access to the bustle Asbury Park and Seaside Heights. Beautifully decorated Victorian house with lovely balconies and views of the beach. Well stocked kitchen and newer bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved it!
The owner and the property manager were very attentive and kind. We’ll be back!

We returned to this lovely home for the third time this summer and were more than pleased once again. For each of our stays, the house has been more comfortable than the last! It easily accommodates our family. It is extremely clean, comfortably and beautifully decorated throughout, with high quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen is well appointed with most any utensil/pan you will need to cook. And, the porches offer comfortable seating and great views from the second floor, all this and less than two minutes from the boardwalk and beach! One final highlight, is that the owner provides the services of a very responsive and kind property manager who is available at any time should any issue arise. We highly recommend this house and plan to return again next summer! Thank you to our host for creating such a lovely place to look forward to visiting again!
