This home was perfect! We were 3 couples with 2 small children and the size was perfect for us and location can’t be beat! Half a block from the beach and a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants in downtown Asbury Park. AC units worked really well, house was clean and cozy upon arrival. From porch and upstairs balcony had ample space for relaxing. Despite the proximity to the beach we never had any issues with parking even with 3 cars. The owner and property manager were both very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Inside of the house has been updated and bathrooms looked brand new. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental!

Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee on the comfortable front porch while listening to the ocean, a lovely morning walk down the boardwalk, minutes to the Great Auditorium or Tabernacle for inspirational services, quick steps to get to the beach at the Pavilion as you listen to worship music play and, then, long walks down to convention hall in Asbury Park at night, along with visits to the arcade ! This vacation home fit our family perfectly and took us back to earlier days in Ocean Grove with it's vintage postcards hanging on the walls. Thank you! We only wish you had invented a way to slow down time!

This was our second stay in this beautiful home. The house is beautiful, very clean, a minute from the beach, close to shops and Asbury Park, and well equipped with everything we needed for a most comfortable and relaxing week! The abundance of fluffy white towels and the well designed bathrooms are a definite plus! Our host and property manager are wonderful to work with and very responsive to needs and questions. We hope to return to the Nichols House again and again!

Amazing location! A few houses to the beach. Plenty of beautifully renovated bathrooms for our party of 8. Nice updated decor and furnishings. Highly recommend this rental.

This little gem was the perfect place to celebrate my 65th birthday with family and friends! The location is ideal for families and stocked with everything you could possibly need, right down to the abundance of sand toys! The owner and the agent were responsive and personable. We already rebooked for the 2023 season.

This is our second year spending a week at the Nichols House in Ocean Grove, and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect - steps from the beach and a short walk from Asbury Park and Ocean Grove's Main Street, the house is clean and well-appointed, and management and the owner are very nice and attentive. We recommend!
