We stayed for 3 weeks in the winter off season. The owners and the property manager were kind, considerate, and supremely helpful! The house was great (2 adults and 2 kids under 3)! The location was beyond ideal. 2 houses from the boardwalk, an easy stroll to downtown or Asbury Park. It was a perfect getaway for the early winter.

This perfectly located home provided our family an exceptional stay! From the professional communication from the home owner, to their assistant being available via text, our check in was smooth and easy. We all were very pleased with how the home was decorated. You could tell right away, that this home is loved! Everything felt fresh and clean... I loved the quality of the luxurious towels, and the comfort of all of the beds. All made up with, Hotel quality pillows, sheets, and Duvet covers. The bathrooms were the highlight! It truley makes such a difference to have such beautiful bathrooms to bath in...The kitchen was sweet, and offered everything that we could need for cooking our meals,,,We used the grill, and it worked very well. The beach chairs and beach towels made our travels lighter. Another highlight, was spending early mornings out on the top deck. The Ocean views, and fresh breezes were lovely. We saw dolphins a few times, and very much enjoyed the sunsets up there as well.We can't wait to return. This definitely will be our, go-to beach holiday! What a wonderful stay we had at Raj’s house in Ocean Grove. House had everything we needed including bikes and beach chairs! The location was perfect and only 1/2 block from the beach and a 10 min walk to Asbury Park. The bathrooms were beautifully renovated and the beds were very comfortable. We can’t wait to return next summer!

I have grown up an hour from Belmar, Nj as the son of two educators. So, the thought of a week at the shore in September was never on our minds. With my son full virtual for school, this rental provided room for my parents, my mother-in law and our family (3). Four houses from the beach allowed for sun rises and moon rises, just a few blocks from Asbury Park gave us access to everything there without staying in the hustle of Asbury Park. The weather was amazing so beach days 6 out of seven that were enjoyed by all. Bathrooms were all renovated and beautiful. What a great week.

This beach house was literally in the perfect location! It was super close to all the bars and restaurants in asbury, close to the beach, and easily accessible. Although the weekend we went it was way too cold for the beach, it would have been perfect. There were bikes, beach chairs, and badges for use provided by the house. Raj and Allecen were both very responsive and willing to help with anything at any time! They checked in and made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some recommendations for places to eat/go. The house itself was perfect for 4 couples. We had plenty of space to spread out and hang out. We spent a lot of our time in the house and outside on the front porch and yard playing games and having a great time. The neighborhood itself was a little too quiet/judgy (neighbors specifically) for my opinion but I would still highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway at the beach!

5.5 Bath Ave offers spacious accommodations and a wonderful porch and balcony in a well appointed and maintained house only stones throw from the beach (literally) and a short pleasant walk from the historical Methodist congregation hall that is at the heart of Victorian Ocean Grove and delightful shopping and dining on Main Ave. We had a great 9 day vacation here

Our family had a wonderful week in this beautifully renovated Victorian home. The location four houses from the beach is amazing and we loved the two porches- the ground floor wonderful for morning coffee and the second floor deck perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Another plus was the 3 full bathrooms which guaranteed that no one got in each other's way. The dining room table seats at least 8-10 adults so we were comfortably able to have friends to dinner. The kitchen is small but clean and well equipped. Raj, who purchased the property a little more than a year ago, was incredibly responsive with every question and request. He wanted to make sure everything was right. He also has a house manager, Allycen, who is local, so there is someone there who can deal with anything that comes out. We appreciated the cleanliness of the place overall and that Raj generously offers six beach badges, which came in handy as beaches passes were in short supply this summer due to Covid. Thank you, Raj, for your hospitality! Hope to be back.

We just finished an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Grove. Just a few houses off the beach with a great covered front porch and a second floor uncovered porch. The inside of the home is immaculate and newly renovated. All linens were fresh and white. The home was incredibly clean and all of the bathrooms were updated. Would absolutely stay time and time again :). Highly recommend.
