First Floor Apartment in this twin duplex is built into the sand dunes with a bulkhead and with a spacious porch. Access is on the sand or from the boardwalk walkway. The street goes right up to the sand. In order to get into the house, each house provides a leeway. Parking is in the rear. Direct TV with premium cable stations. Central Air. Washer and dryer. BBQ for each unit and outdoor furniture for dining.

#885. Old School Beach House
This is a comfy old school beach house. Nothing fancy but in a great location. The kitchen had good new appliances and an open layout that allowed for multiple cooks. The bathrooms were small but wonderfully vintage. We hope to return.

#435. Great shore place
We had a great stay and loved the floor plan and the location on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and a joy to cook in. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The bathrooms are definitely retro, but were not old in the dilapidated sense. The weather was cool so I can't speak to the a/c, but it has central air that works. You can hear movement above, and I could see it being annoying with the wrong people above you, but the guests during our stay were great and they didn't bother us at all. The futons are comfortable for sitting, but we did not sleep on them. Would love to return.
