This Ocean Grove apartment features hardwood floors throughout. There is a full bath, eat-in kitchen and large living room with TONS of closet and shelf space. It is beautifully decorated with a mix of antiques and comfy beach furniture. It has a private entrance with reading/coffee nook and is situated on a lot and a half just 3.5 blocks to the ocean and half a block to Main Avenue!!!
The bedroom features a new king bed with memory-foam topper, new air conditioner, vanity table and large dresser.
The living room has a pull out queen sleeper with memory-foam topper and ceiling fan. There’s also a television featuring premium cable, a DVD player and a new, large programmable A/C.
The eat-in kitchen seats 4 and has beautiful refinished hardwood floors. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glassware and flatware, refrigerator, electric range and oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and iron.
The fenced in outdoor space has a wrap-a-round patio with new outdoor lounge furniture, a new gas grill and features a grass side yard not commonly found in Ocean Grove. And before you head inside from the beach, have a rinse in the full-sized, private, hot/cold outdoor shower!
All this plus free electric, Wi-Fi, cable, heat & hot water.
We also include: Two adult beach tags Two beach chairs. Beach umbrella. Five beach towels. Propane for grill. Paper goods, soaps and dish washing liquids
A new king bed in the bedroom with memory-foam topper (can also be split into two twins), as well as a queen pull-out sofa in the living room - also with memory-foam topper. Should you need, there is also a double high twin air-bed and portable crib available.
Plenty of fresh extra towels and linens are provided.
