The eat-in kitchen seats 4 and has beautiful refinished hardwood floors and a large programmable A/C. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, glassware and flatware, refrigerator, electric range and oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster and iron. The fenced in outdoor space has a wrap-a-round patio with outdoor lounge furniture, a gas grill and features a grass side yard not commonly found in Ocean Grove. And before you head inside from the beach, have a rinse in the full-sized, private, hot/cold outdoor shower! We also include: Two adult beach tags. Two beach chairs. One beach umbrella. The bedroom features a new king bed (can also be split into two twins), programmable air conditioner, vanity table and large dresser. The living room has a pull out queen sleeper and ceiling fan. There is also a flat screen television featuring premium cable, a DVD player and a large programmable A/C. Should you need, there is also a double high twin air-bed and portable crib available. Plenty of fresh extra towels and linens are provided.
Beach - 3.5 blocks away. Great Auditorium - one block away. Main Avenue - half block away. Pathway Market - half block away.
