Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, coffeemaker, Stove, all utensils, etc. Washer and Dryer. All Linens and Towels included (beach towels, too). Pool Table and game area downstairs. Central HVAC. Three bathrooms, One full bath upstairs. The two bathrooms downstairs are unheated. Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, grill. Parking for 3 cars off-street. My Beach Bungalow is not pet-friendly.
