For fall,winter and spring months, make a reservation for 2 nights, weekends, weeks, or take a monthly rental for rest of winter season. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 sleeping nook, eat-in kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and an additional enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Cottage Rental is on G Street-1 BLOCK TO OCEAN BEACH and a short walk to the bayside children's beach and playground. The cottage is SMOKE FREE. Driveway has OFF STREET PARKING for up to 4 cars.
G Street is a wide and quiet street. The cottage has plenty of elbow room inside and out.
Amenities include room air conditioning, ceiling fans, heat, a full functioning eat in kitchen with new appliances, new washer and dryer, TV, cable and internet. The front porch and separate kitchen allow for quiet areas in different parts of the cottage. There are games, videos and plenty of easy chairs for reading. A gas grill, tables, umbrellas, chairs and swing give you lots of seating options. There is off street parking in the driveway for 4 cars and street parking as well. Beach chairs and beach passes round out the experience. The street is wide and quiet. Sunsets can be viewed over the bay a few houses down. The yard is totally fenced making it safe for pets and children.
This property features sleeping for up to 8 people. 2 king size bed. 1 full size bed are in the 3 bedrooms and there are 2 twins beds in the curtained off sleeping nook. Linens are available at an extra $25 per bed.
The yard is large and completely fenced in making it children and pet friendly. Evening sunsets over the Bay can be viewed from the property, and it is a 1 block walk to the beach. Beach chairs and wheeled carrier provided.
