Located on top of the sand dunes, charming and comfortably furnished, the house has 3 bedrooms, one bath, sleeps six, and offers a spectacular location for a Seaside Park vacation rental. Many conveniences and additional comforts, washer/dryer, gas grill and outside shower. Parking for minimum 3 cars. This beach house is on a private beach in Seaside Park with life guards during summer months. This Seaside Park beach is considered one of the finest beaches on the entire east coast. Multiple week booking required during certain time frames. No pets.
Yard picnic area and gas grill. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking and eating utensils provided. Beach chairs. blender, coffee machine. Two TVs with cable. Phone for local calls. Air conditioning

The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Seaside Park. Watch the dolphins migrate north in the late spring or catch a trophy stripped bass on an early October morning. All this right at your front door. There is also a 3rd deck with plenty of outdoor area to enjoy early evening sunsets.
