First floor has a spacious and comfortable living room with gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, game table, dining room, full bath, a single bedroom, and a laundry. A beautiful, newly remodeled, eat-in kitchen is yours to enjoy!
Second floor has master bedroom suite, with windows on three sides, a private porch, and bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate apartment on the second floor has a full kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms (one queen, one twin), and can be locked off or connected to the rest of the house.
Third floor has full bath and four bedrooms - two queen rooms, one with twin beds, one single.
This house works beautifully for a family reunion, a business retreat, or for several couples or families who want a wonderful vacation at the Jersey Shore. Very few homes in Ocean Grove offer so many bedrooms and baths. There's a single bedroom on the first floor for a guest with limited mobility. Beautiful crown moldings and stained glass fill the house. The fully equipped, modern island kitchen features stainless appliances, walk-in pantry, dishwasher. Ten beach tags are provided, as are beach chairs, toys, beach towels, and umbrellas.
Four queen and 6 twin beds sleep 14 people. One additional roll-away bed is available if you need to sleep 15, and a high chair and crib/playpen are available for a baby or toddler. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels are provided and laundry service for these is included as part of the rent for rental agreements signed after 7/24/10.
Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, art galleries, the Great Auditorium. Ocean Grove is a National Historic site See why Ocean Grove is famous for its hundreds of "Painted Lady" Victorian homes. The Great Auditorium, just 2 1/2 blocks from this house, showcases top-flight entertainment all summer. Free beach side concerts, the annual sand castle contest, a world-famous choir festival, miniature golf on the boardwalk, and great antiquing round out the family activities available nearby. Stroll over to Main Street to rent a bike, browse the art galleries, restaurants, and shops, or relax at the old-fashioned soda fountain. A short walk across the bridge to Asbury Park brings you to a lively nightlife scene with an amazing array of hip restaurants.
After a wonderful day on the wide beach, Ocean Grovers love to unwind on the porch chatting with friends and family. If you need an occasional day of more excitement, take a train or a bus to NYC for a show or museum. Spend a day at Monmouth racetrack or paragliding over the ocean. Catch your dinner fly fishing from the jetty or take a deep-sea fishing trip from the nearby Shark River marina. Hop down the Parkway to Atlantic City for the casinos or a show.

$600 Security/damage deposit due on reservation. Payment schedule: 50% due two months ahead of rental start. Remaining 50% due one month ahead of rental.
Security deposit will be returned minus damages after completion of rental. Deposit is nonrefundable if rental is canceled less than two months before rental start date.
House cleaning service twice a month included for monthly rentals. For shorter rentals, house will be professionally cleaned before and after each rental period.
Minimum rental: one week during July-August (firm!). Will consider shorter rentals off-season, but really, you will want to stay at least a week! Sorry, absolutely no high school or college-aged groups. There must be at least 2 responsible adults over the age of 30 for any rental.
Returning renters will receive a 5% discount. Any rental periods over five weeks will receive a 10% discount.
