Come and enjoy the southern exposure on our lovely front porches. After a leisure day at the beach have a BBQ on our large deck in the back.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a small breakfast area and a large dining room. The living room is cozy and comfortable. A full bath and W/D are on the main floor. Upstairs is a large Master B/R (King) with sitting room (office), 2 B/R's (Full) with access to upper porches, a full bath with jacuzzi tub and shower. Third floor has a large loft/playroom with TV/VCR, toys/games, it sleeps 5. A/C and fans on all floors, Cable and Internet connection, large outdoor shower, beach equipment. We provide all linens, shower towels and beach towels at no extra charge.
Our location is ideal,close to the beach and board walk near tennis court, bocce ball court, playground, our lovely town center, restaurants and Auditorium.
We take ONLY TWO WEEK RENTALS.
A small pet is allowed with owner's approval.
The Great Auditorium: Weekly entertainment(Sat),classical music,organ concerts,religious services(Sun) The Youth Temple: Activities for young children and teens
Up and coming Asbury Park with many wonderful restaurants, walking distance Fishing Charters out of Belmar, 15 min. Amusements and rides in Point Pleasant, 1/2 hour. "Great Adventure Rides" and water park, Jackson, 1/2 hour. Gaming in Atlantic City, 1 hour.

one week deposit at signing of contract, second week is due two weeks prior to rental date
1 week refund - 1 month prior to rental, if rental period has been rented again.
$500.00 security deposit at check-in,$80.00 cleaning fee at check-in
