The large porch with rocking chairs and porch swing is an extra living room in the warm summer months. Sometimes it's just hard to get motivated to do anything but sit and read, sit and chat, or just sit, close your eyes and daydream. Kitchen table can seat 12, second floor porch table seats 10-12 for a romantic, private dinner or evening get together before a summer concert. Party lights and music wafting from the Great Auditorium included! Flexible 2 or 5 bedroom house, second floor can be closed during the off season or when available during season for a two bedroom, one bath rental.
