Upper Deck and Beach Level may be combined for extended family gatherings planned for Long Beach Island summer vacation. The Upper Deck Level has breathtaking 180 degree unobstructed ocean, beach and coastline views. It is large and private facing the ocean for dining, sunbathing, and magnificent sunrises. The spacious decks have two chaises, outdoor pub height bar or dining table, six-eight chairs, and Weber propane grill with extra tank on both decks. The kitchen is fully equipped with blue corian countertops with separate icemaker and dining table seats eight. Pamper yourself in this enchanting, luxurious Long Beach Island oceanfront duplex rental. Open the sliding doors off the deck or large glider windows(many new)throughout the home and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean surf. Comfortable living space, family room for entertainment, 32" preferred cable TV, DVD, and premium stereo. Smoke free, centrally air-conditioned. After the sun and surf relax in the large, sun-drenched living room with a comfortable microfiber sofa(queen sleeper), loveseat and oversized chair. Ceiling fans in living room and kitchen. This South Beach Haven vacation house is on one of the wider & less crowded beaches on the island. Beach Level has partial ocean views from the bedrooms, kitchen and spacious living room. Enjoy being directly on the beach. Just walk a few feet over your private beach path.
This South Beach Haven vacation rental is child friendly! We include 4 beach chairs and 6 loaned beach badges. The beach level unit is perfect for families with young children and/or grandparents and those who prefer less stairs to climb. The deck has a gate to secure your little ones, 5 footsteps from your sliding glass door to the beach, deck is partially protected from the sun by the upper unit deck. The full bathroom has a shower over tub combination decorated with seashore decor, tiled floor with white vanity, cultured marble sink with dolphin faucet. Kitchen has corian countertops and extras include a separate ice maker, microwave,coffee and smoothie maker toaster,recessed lighting.
Each unit sleeps six to eight comfortably. Upper and beach level units each have the same bedroom arrangements including two master bedrooms in each. One master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd master bedroom has a queen bed with 1/2 bath. Both MBR's have cable TV/DVD. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds and TV. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

This house is approx. 1.5 miles from the southern tip of the island and is approx 1 mile(a short walk or bike ride) to Beach Haven town center. 12% of full rental rate will be deducted from any deposits paid as long as unit is re-rented. If unit is not re-rented there is no refund. Ask me about trip insurance..it's available
