This home is reverse living with the great room and master suite on the third floor . Three bedrooms and a full bath are on the second level. A dumb waiter is available for your convience in the garage. A second fridge is provided in the garage as well. In addition the home comes with: 10 beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, a wagon for beach transit, 3 bikes and helmets. A pack n' play and highchair are provided as well. In the kitchen you will find an under counter ice machine. The kitchen is fully equiped. The master bath features a Japanese soaking tub. The outside shower is private and delightful after a day at the beach.

2 queens 4 twins 1 futon. All linens are provided for the beds beach towels, bath and dish towels provided Please leave; the towels clean; bed linens clean and folded as found - at the bottom of each bed.
Walk to the North Beach Tennis court- free usage with beach badge, Surf City Children's Bay 17th St, Concerts in the Park Wed. children's playground- Harvey Cedars water tower, Put your Kayak in at James Street to paddle the Bay, Walk the beach or bike ride to Surf City for restaurants, stores and mini golf; Harvey Cedars restaurents close by as well.
Barnegat lighthouse and museum; Fantasy Island Amusment Park; Thundering Surf Waterpark; Tuckerton seaport; 6 Flaggs Great Adventure; Loveladies art foundation; Atlantic City - The local weekly newspaper- The SandPaper lists all weekly activities - fine art shows, antiques crab races boat rentals and restaurants.

$1000.00 security deposit in the form of a separate check to be refunded without being deposited upon the property passing inspection by the owner. Should there be damage the check will be deposited and funds will be deducted to cover any and all damages. The remaining funds will be returned in the form of a check issued to the rentee.
No cancellations due to weather. If you cancel your reservation 60 days or less before the first night of your stay, you will forfeit your entire $1000 Reservation /Security deposite. We will refund your lodging payment if we can rebook your cancelled dates. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
Rental payment in full is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of the rental period. Failure to pay in full within this time period may result in cancellation of the reservation. Pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 per pet . THE PROPERTY WILL NOT BE RESERVED UNTIL THE RENTAL FEE IS PAID AND THE SECURITY DEPOSITE RECEIVED.
Pets will be considered. Reservations for next season may be made any time after the first of the new year.
