Toms River is located west of the Jersey shore beach towns and its waterfront is on a bay with a marina.
Toms River’s lovely woodsy residential neighborhoods are year-round, but the town is just a short drive
to Barnegat Bay and the summer towns of Lavallette and Ortley Beach. Understandably many of its
residents are boating enthusiasts. Vacation rentals by owner are available for weekly, monthly seasonal
rental. Toms River is also an excellent rental choice for those in transition, relocating for a job or house
hunting, as it has such a central location in New Jersey.
