#558. Great house. Amazing location.

This house was perfect for our family of four to stay with my parents for a shore getaway. We could all sit around the dining table to play games (there's a whole vintage trunkful) and also lots of places to get some alone time. Just a few houses from the beach, we could enjoy morning coffee on one of the two porches looking at the ocean. It's just a short stroll up the boardwalk to Asbury Park and few blocks to Main Ave with great shops and restaurants (all BYOB). Ocean Grove is a "dry town" so plan ahead if you enjoy adult beverages. Either way, you can't go wrong staying at this property. Great communication with host made the trip stress free.

#557. Fantastic location - relaxing beach home!

The Nichols house is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with the family. Situated in lovely ocean grove, the beautifully designed home was perfect for our staycation in NJ. We enjoyed walks along the beach and into both towns - Asbury park and Ocean Grove. The Upstairs porch provides unobstructed views of the beach, lots of sun and the best place to read :-) Lovely hosts and property manager. Highly recommend!!

#555. The Calming Place...

We needed a break from our day to day lives this spring and chose Ocean Grove for change of scene.This lovely home has everything we were looking for, close to the water, simply and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The beds and bathrooms are great, as are the living and dining areas on the first floor. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning again soon!

#550. Great Luxury Getaway

This house is even nicer than in the pictures. It is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, good linens and towels. It was spotlessly clean. 3 full bathrooms, with one on every floor and newly renovated. The views of the ocean are spectacular and the location is key. We walked to Asbury for dinner and the beach is a few houses away. I will be back!

#545. Perfection

This is a wonderful home. It is less than a block to the beach and a short walk to Asbury Park. The house is fully equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, etc.). We were so impressed and can not wait to come back. Thank you for the best stay ever.

#539. Wonderful Off-Season Getaway in Prime Location

Left on Jan 13, 2021, for a stay in Nov 2020
Our family of five enjoyed this bright, thoughtfully decorated home. The house is located just steps from the beach and a short boardwalk stroll to Asbury Park, and is pleasantly close to Ocean Grove’s Great Auditorium and shops. The kitchen is amply supplied, and with the loan of a roasting pan and immersion blender, we were able to cook a slightly scaled-back Thanksgiving dinner. The grill just outside the kitchen door was great. The remodeled bathrooms were wonderful. One early morning we were able to spot whale blows from the second-floor balcony! If you have any sleepers who demand darkness, I recommend bringing sleep masks. We hope to return for a future visit!

#487. Great Great Great Location!

This place was amazing in all aspects! Great Great Great Location! Three Greats, because of the great location to the beach (just a few houses away), great location for walking around the Ocean Grove town and shops, and great location to walk into Asbury Park! I can not stress location enough! The home was a perfect size for our Family stay. There are 3 different floors, with multiple bedrooms on the second and third floor. And 3 updated full bathrooms on each floor. I have to say, the value of this place is great. Its a cozy spot that gives everyone enough privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms. The porches are also no joke! We used the front porch to enjoy quiet mornings and coffee, and to people watch in the afternoon after returning from the beach. And the 2nd floor porch has incredible views of the Ocean and the sky as evening approaches. Last but not least, the owner, Raj, was more than accommodating throughout this entire process. From the moment we booked up until checkout, Raj made sure he briefed us on the house, his suggestions, and took the time to answer any questions we had prior and during the stay. He is someone who answers you right away, either through TEXT, or over the phone. That alone made me feel more comfortable about the place we were renting. Big thanks to Raj for making us feel welcome at his house, our family had a great time!

#480. Great house! Amazing location

We stayed for 3 weeks in the winter off season. The owners and the property manager were kind, considerate, and supremely helpful! The house was great (2 adults and 2 kids under 3)! The location was beyond ideal. 2 houses from the boardwalk, an easy stroll to downtown or Asbury Park. It was a perfect getaway for the early winter.

#424. Exceptional stay!

This perfectly located home provided our family an exceptional stay! From the professional communication from the home owner, to their assistant being available via text, our check in was smooth and easy. We all were very pleased with how the home was decorated. You could tell right away, that this home is loved! Everything felt fresh and clean... I loved the quality of the luxurious towels, and the comfort of all of the beds. All made up with, Hotel quality pillows, sheets, and Duvet covers. The bathrooms were the highlight! It truley makes such a difference to have such beautiful bathrooms to bath in...The kitchen was sweet, and offered everything that we could need for cooking our meals,,,We used the grill, and it worked very well. The beach chairs and beach towels made our travels lighter. Another highlight, was spending early mornings out on the top deck. The Ocean views, and fresh breezes were lovely. We saw dolphins a few times, and very much enjoyed the sunsets up there as well.We can't wait to return. This definitely will be our, go-to beach holiday! Thank you to the owner's for sharing their, "beach home" with us
