Deposits: Security deposit of $600.00 required four weeks prior to occupancy. Deposit will be refunded 15 days after vacancy and inspection. Full week rental fee due 30 days before date of occupancy. $125. will be deducted from security for linens and cleaning.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All Cancellations must be made one month prior to scheduled occupancy. If cancellation is not made within that time frame half of the security deposit will be retained.
