A $500 security deposit is required for all weekly rentals. The security deposit for one floor is $500. If you rent both floors the security is only $800.
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation and refund.
Rates are discounted if you rent more than one week. The Rental Rates for 2011 are: MAY 3 nights $1200-$1400. JUNE-SEPT 7 nights only - $2100-2200 SEPT 3 nights $600-700 OCT-APRIL email for rates
