Total occupancy not to exceed ten including all children. A quiet, well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional charge of $25 per day or $150 per week for professional cleaning. NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS! Minimum age requirement.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker garbage disposal, range/oven, microwave, toaster, dishware, silverware and glassware service for 8. Spacious, open, dining and living Area with table for 8. Counter has 2 counter stools. Cable TV with DVD player. Central air and heat plus ceiling fans through out this vacation home. Parking for at least 2 cars in driveway and plenty of street parking.
This seaside retreat includes 3 large comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, a TV, Jacuzzi bath, and private sundeck. 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed. 3rd bedroom: Bunk Beds. Plus a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. All beds are furnished with pillows, blankets. Please bring your own sheets,towels, shampoo and soap. Linens not provided. Please note bed sizes for your own sheets.
