Amenities include TVs in every bedroom, kitchen with large eat-in counter, laundry room, 3 bedrooms. Off-street parking for 3 cars includes a 2 car garage with the convenience of an automatic garage-door opener. There is plenty of room to store your beach stuff as well as an outdoor shower that has hot and cold water for rinsing off sand. The living room is comfy with plenty of seating, fireplace and glass sliders to deck, queen-size sleeper sofa with extra large TV. Enjoy wonderful summer breezes on a roomy covered deck outside and central air throughout the living space. Please email.

is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays
$400 rental deposit/$200 security deposit is required to reserve. Security deposit is fully refundable, provided there is no damage
done to the unit.
Full refund if canceled three months prior to the rental date. Full refund also available after that time period, if we are able to rent out the condo.
