Boardwalk,rides for children and restaurants is three blocks from the condo.Walking distance to all the activities on the boardwalk including rides and restaurants but away from the honky-tonk. Handicapped Accessible. A great rental for family with one or two children or two couples. Will consider monthly.

Cable TV. All white kitchen cabinets new and new pergo floors. Newly renovated condo with new bath and new lighting. Small but clean, lovely and the price is very right. 2 Air Conditioners, Large Refrigerator, Microwave. outdoor BBQ. (You must be 25 years old to rent)
Sleeps 4 maximum. Full one bedroom (double bed) and private sleeping quarters for another couple with pull out couch (double). Two bedroom for the price on one. Linens not included. Handicapped Access Living Room with sleeper (2 private sleeping areas )linens not provided.

Check In/ Check Out: Week begins Saturday to Saturday - Check in 2 pm- check out noon No pets. You must be 25 years of age. in 2PM / Check Out the next Saturday at 12 Noon.
Deposits: Accepted in advance but total rental payment must be paid in full 2 months in advance of occupying unit for key etc to be mailed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: No return of payment on cancellations.
