Deposits: A Deposit of one half of total weeks rental, which is applied to the full amount, is required to hold any week. The balance is due one month prior to the contracted vacation week.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All deposits will be refunded in the event of a cancellation, provided that the cancellation occurs no later than May 15th.
