A great rental for family with one/two children or two couples. The spacious condo provides one bedroom and one bathroom. In addition, the living room has a sofa bed for your accommodations adjoining to the kitchen. The kitchenette is fully equipped however no oven is available. This particular condo is located on the 2nd floor and is an end unit which leads out to the sun deck. Be sure to check out the outdoor shower when coming back from the beach. The heated pool does have a kiddie area for the little ones! BBQ and Outdoor shower are located on the property for your use. Must be 25 years old to rent.
Sleeps 4 comfortably - The bedroom accommodates a double size bed and the living room has a sofa bed to sleep up to 2 more people. Linens are available if needed with additional fee.

$200.00 deposit fee plus 50% rental fees due at time of booking. The balance will be paid 30 days prior to checking in. Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days from departure if all requirements are met.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - A refund will be issued if the unit can be rented for the week at no cost to the owner.
Additional deposit & fee for a small dog required.
Each property unit is individually owned or managed. One assigned parking slip is available for your car.
