Rental has many extras! 5 Spring Lake beach badges and pool badges! A beach storage locker and beach chairs and a beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys and a couple of bikes which are stored in the storage garage. Off street parking in the driveway and plenty of on-street parking, as well. Enjoy BBQ picnics in the back yard: there's patio dining furniture and new Weber grill. There is also a front deck with comfortable seating. Cedar outdoor shower for after-the-beach. The Spring Lake Pool which is private ( Only Spring Lake Residents can have access) is a salt water pool that is filled freshly daily. 1 Adult pool and 1 Kiddie pool.
All new beds: Master Bedroom has 2 Queen beds (plus possibility of an extra twin bed) 2nd Bedroom has 1 Full bed and 1 twin bed. 3rd Bedroom has 2 twins. All linins and Beach towels provided.

This summer beach house is 1 Block to the Wreck Pond Lake and a four blocks to the Beach (Spring Lake Beach and Sea Girt Beach) The train is very close for commuters to New York City. Spring Lake is an upscale vacation community in southern Monmouth County featuring large sandy beaches and a 3 mile boardwalk. A quiet town but close to all of the Summer attractions. Monmouth County is home of some of the best public golf courses in America. Just 20 minutes to Six Flags Great Adventure and one hour to Atlantic City. Easy Commute to and from New York City or Philadelphia by car, train, or bus. We are close to NJ Train.
