cancellations required 8 weeks in advance and deposit returned based on re-rental.
Security deposit for cleaning/damage. Separate badge deposit must be in cash. Both completely refundable if left clean and no damages and all badges returned.
this is a quiet family area and kept particularly clean and required to be vacated the same way.
