Inside living room ocean views from comfortable living room. Leather queen sized couch (sofa bed) and two-seat reclining love seat. Central A/C and heat, 3 ceiling fans (bedrooms and kitchen/living room). Kitchen also contains toaster oven, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots/pans/Corning Ware, tableware and dinnerware. Gas fireplace unit with remote thermostat and an exterior ceiling radiant heater with timer on ocean side deck is used for Fall/Winter getaways.
New Queen-sized Select Comfort bed, Full sized bed, Leather queen sized pull-out couch. Windows are covered with Hunter light-darkening/sound-canceling honeycomb shades. Bedspreads, blankets and pillows provided. You will need to bring: linen, towels.
Breathtaking, memorable Jersey Shore vacation in a four season getaway- ocean front weekly rentals. On the decks, enjoy the sunrise, watch the dolphins swim, beach life, read a book, or work on a tan all while listening to the ocean surf. Very convenient location that is walking distance to major supermarket, fresh seasonal farm stand, fast food stores (McDonalds, pizza, Chinese restaurant, etc), beverage/liquor store, and other full service local restaurants.
Our Ortley Beach vacation rental is less than 200 yards from quiet north end of Seaside Heights boardwalk containing arcades, Water Park and amusement rides.

A $500.00 security deposit is required and will be returned within 7 days of final rental end subject to final damage inspection.
No refunds will be issued unless the unit is rented for the same time period. Overnight use by more than 6 occupants will void the rental agreement and lessee with forfeit remaining rental.
I realize it may be your vacation, but do NOT miss the incredible sunrises! They are absolutely beyond belief.
