Exquisite decor, ocean and lake views and centrally air-conditioning just one block from the beach and overlooking Fletcher Lake are all yours at our newly-renovated 1880 Inn in the south end of Historic Ocean Grove. Fine 18th and 19th Century English and American antiques abound in all the public rooms and seven private rooms, each with their own private bathrooms, of this gracious property which has provided accommodations to the public since the turn of the 20th Century. There is a large wrap-around deck on the second floor with views of the lake and ocean and chaise lounges and seating arrangements. Wonderful front porch with wicker furniture and eating accommodations where you can watch the peaceful world go by! The property is centrally air conditioned with each bedroom having its own ceiling fan.
Room rates include delicious Full Breakfast served on the lake view and ocean view porch and in the inside dining room.
Beach bag with 2 beach towels, beach chairs. Discounted beach passes. House is fitted for WIFI. For winter stays, the living room remote control fireplaces add warmth and atmosphere. The Sea Spray House Rental For family and groups who wish to occupy the entire house includes: the fully equipped kitchen has: Two dishwashers Two sinks New refrigerator/ freezer with outside water and ice maker Small wine refrigerator 4 burner gas stove and separate Jenn-Aire grill/griddle Countertop eating area in kitchen and dining areas inside (12-16 people) and additional porch dining and deck seating. Daily during week 3 hour basic cleaning is included in the price.
All Bedrooms have private full bathrooms. The Sea Spray B&B rents rooms nightly (two night minimum for ins-season weekends). Of the seven bedrooms, two contain a king-sized bed, 4 are queen, and one accommodates 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has their own full-size bathroom. Complimentary Spa Robes (for use while a guest) and a beach bag with 2 beach towels. Personalized bath amenities. Personalized linens and towels for the decor of each room.
The Sea Spray is one block from Ocean Grove's beautiful boardwalk and beach and four short blocks from the charming center of town with its historic edifices,shops and restaurants. Bocce, shuffleboard and a tennis court directly across the street. A pleasant boardwalk stroll to the north to Asbury Park, to the south toward Bradley, Avon, Belmar and Spring Lake.
Directly accessible to/from New York City by bus or train.
As it is a corner property, there is a lovely side garden and vegetable garden with an exquisite perennial and annual floral display.

Deposits: 50 % on signing of lease by credit card or personal check. Security deposit due 2 weeks in advance by personal check or credit card. Final payment 2 weeks in advance by credit card or certified check.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Up to sixty days, no penalty. Up to twenty days, the 50% down payment. Less than 20 days, the full rental amount but no security deposit. Please note: all efforts will be made to re-rent the property. If that is achieved, whatever portion can be re-booked will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
No more than 3 children under the age of 10 permitted.
