Welcome to our vacation home in Ocean City, NJ -- only 2 houses to the beach! The house is well stocked with movies, for both kids and adults, cable TV with On-Demand Movies during the summer season, 4 TV's (37" flat screen in living room, 27" in two bedrooms, 19" in 3rd bedroom, 1 BLUE RAY player, 2 DVD players, 4 VCR's, Wireless Hi-Speed Internet, plenty of books and magazines, 4 bikes, beach chairs, etc. 2 decks--front and rear--so that you can enjoy the ocean breeze. What a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon! The rear deck faces East, with a slight view of the ocean. Experience all the conveniences of home just a 2 houses from the beach. We do all of our own maintenance during the off season and the cleaning for each new tenant. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people. 1 queen bed in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds & 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. 2 full baths, plus full & private outdoor shower. All new bedding Spring 2010. Pillows, comforters & blankets are included. You just need to provide the sheets,towels and fun!
8 miles of Ocean City NJ beaches just steps from one of the best rentals in Ocean City, NJ. Ocean City NJ has guarded beach at 55th Street. You can enjoy the South end of Ocean City NJ, the peacefulness, quieter streets, Corsen's Inlet State Park. Bicycle Rentals at 55th and West, (just a few steps away) and a great playground for the kids at 52nd and Haven, and swings at 57th Street Beach. A few blocks from the street hockey rink at 52nd and Haven, along with a playground, basketball court. A great playground for the kids hidden in the South End. The Downtown (north end) of Asbury Avenue offers quaint shops, art galleries, eateries. Lots of walking distance places for breakfast, lunch and dinner: Mallons Donuts and Cinnamon Buns, Sack-o-Subs, Sack-o-Pizza & Pasta, Blitz's Deli/Grill/Grocery, a la Mode Ice Cream, Michael's Seafood/Grill, Captain Bob's Diner. Fishermen, pick up supplies at the Tackle Shop.
Just a short ride from this Ocean City house rental to the 2 miles of Boardwalk (starts at 23rd Street) for rides and entertainment. Everything from bumper cars to roller coasters,log flumes and water parks, miniature golf, shopping, eateries, Kohrs Bros. ice cream, homemade fudge, salt water taffy,and the classic Jersey shore experience. Need more night life?? Why not take in a show or drop a few quarters in the slot machines in the Casinos in Atlantic City. While you're there you might want to visit the COACH outlet, as well as a number of different outlet stores. It's just a 20 minute drive!
