Sunroom, 3 bedrooms on second level, open living room, dining area and kitchen and spectacular ocean views at every turn. 1st Floor Apartment has a partial ocean views, 3 bedrooms, one bath, deck, living room, dining area and kitchen.
Lots of amenities. Dishwashers, washer/dryer,outside shower, barbecue, picnic tables and deck furniture to enjoy coffee and sunrises or drinks and sunsets.
Walk 1 block to the bay and Sunset Park with a new awesome playground and weekly concerts for a family vacation that will be filled with fond memories.
