Check In/Check Out: Saturday to Saturday Rentals - Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am.
Payment Terms: 50% of rental due at contract signing. Balance due 14 days before check in date. Security Deposit refundable upon checkout inspection.
We are very flexible in the off-season for nightly rentals - you can do 2, 3, 4 nights, as long as home is available - just email or call me to discuss options.No high school or college student groups. Pets and smoking are prohibited indoors.
