This summer house is ready for family with children and grandparents, too.A twenty foot sun parlor sitting room is a large room filled with plants and windows also for great for gatherings. Above that, all can enjoy sunset bay views from the 2nd floor deck. Kid friendly is an understatement. Children have a great time in the rumpus room bunk house with 8 bunks for the kids. 10 beach badges are supplied. No sandy feet in the house. There's an outdoor shower with dressing area. Got extra kids? There's a big rumpus room bunk house with 8 bunks and furniture for kids to enjoy. Lots of inside recreation, too with a TV/VCR/DVD. Besides the sun parlor, there's a LR, DR, 1&1/2 bath and kitchen. Room to spread out and play
there are 3 double bed bedrooms and 2 twin bed bedrooms. Renters are to supply their own linens. There are kitchen towels supplied and cleaning products.
We are directly across the street of a kiddy playground, and walking distance to the Showplace ice cream and theater; shops and amusements, supermarket and one block to the Pearl Street Market.
LB Blvd south 7 miles to tennis courts and ball field. Turn Left onto Marine St. proceed one block to Beach Ave. Turn right and turn into the driveway. The house sits on the corner of Marine and Beach.
