This spacious apartment features two bedrooms plus adjoining bunk room, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. 3 full baths,a full kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room, deck,and a fabulous wrap around covered porch. Rates for this large apartment range from $1,300 to $2,300. The smaller back apartment features a full kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed,second bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom, & private porch overlooking lovely garden. Rates for the smaller apartment range from $750 to $1,100. Both units have TV/DVD, WIFI, AC Units, Ceiling Fans, Gas Grill, Full Yard, Outdoor Shower, and Clothes Line. Within walking distance of all attractions including Bay Village, the Amusement/Water Park, Ice Cream Parlors, Restaurants and the Library. Rent the three bedroom, two bedroom, or both as a five bedroom with plenty of privacy. This unique property is available May through October on a three night minimum, weekly or monthly basis.
Four Beach Badges included with large front apartment. Two Beach Badges included with smaller back apartment. Lovely side yard accomodates 30x60 tent for weddings, family reunions, & other parties. Charming Two Bedroom Apt also available at this location.
