Open layout: living room with flat screen cable TV, and cocktail bar with TV for relaxing in the evening. This LBI vacation rental comes with 4 beach badges to use. Cheerful beach decor and the easy-living layout affords privacy, lots of different gathering places and ocean breezes. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs sleep six plus Aero Bed for 2 additional guests. This house with front and back decks, is on the beach block and great for summer family vacations. It's on the relaxing, quiet end of Long Beach Island and enjoys the most protected beaches on the island. House is close to the end of the island/inlet, park, and dune trails. (Beach Badges not needed after 9/3) but 4 are available, beach towels, bath towels, AC upstairs and downstairs, and an outside shower to wash off the sand or relax in the outdoors. House has been updated specifically with comfort at the forefront and bright colors to promote happiness during your stay. We hope that you will want to come back next year! (Monthly rentals are available but do not include Coffee/Soap/Paper Towel Supplies).

Blow dryers in bathrooms, hand soap, body wash; Gas grill on back deck, deck seating on both decks. Books, games, checkers, Uno, Go Fish, Hangman, and other games for kids.

Upstairs Bedrooms: 1 Queen size bed, 2 twin beds Downstairs Bedroom: Queen size bed plus an Aero bed for 1 or 2 guests. (set up and put away the responsibility of renters) Bed linens, bath and beach towels provided. Also included is are supplies such as Coffee Packs/ bathroom soap, extra blankets and pillows, dishwasher and detergent, toilet paper/ and a roll of paper towels. Also, a blow dryer for use during stay.
This weekly vacation rental on Central Avenue, Ocean Side (no streets to cross) is steps away from the beach path up to the dunes and Beach tram stops, as well. The tram takes you right over the dunes to the beach. House is between 5th and 6th streets on ocean side. Barnegat Light Museum and Gardens. Biking and beach walks, Fishing,Crabbing and sightseeing. Kubels Bar and Restaurant (open all year round), Ricks American Cafe, Kelly's Restaurant,a Diner, A coffee bar on the bay, Andy's Bait and Tackle/Gifts by Barnegat Light State Park; Inlet Deli, Liquor Store, White's Market, gas station, and shops. Bike rentals within walking distance. The Beach Tram stops at the dunes on 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th streets for a ride to the ocean (available thru 9/3), or take the scenic stroll to the water's edge. 2 beach chairs. Books for reading and checkers, Uno, Go Fish, Hangman, and other games for kids.
Close to Loveladies/Harvey Cedars - Plantation Restaurant and Harvey Cedars Shellfish Company, as well. Ocean, Barnegat Lighthouse- State Park (fishing/crabbing) Barnegat Bay and hourly cruises/rentals. Beach Haven - 20 minute ride to amusement park/water park (still on the island), Bay Village shops/ water slides, and Fantasy Island Childrens Casino/games, Recommendation - Beach Haven - The Ketch Restaurant on the bay (may close after Labor day). Surf City -10 minute drive - Miniature Golf/restaurants and shops (not sure if still open after Labor Day), Callahan's restaurant (open all year), all on the island. On Route 72 just off the island, Shop Rite Grocery store, restaurants (Dutchman's) and other major stores. Off of Route 72, Mud City Crab House Restaurant. Kubels (open all year in Barnegat Light). Plantation Restaurant in Harvey Cedars.

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to expected stay for full refund. Cancellation 29 days or less, possible 50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to stay. Under 14 days prior to stay - no refund.
No tax or extra fees, unless bringing a pet.
Small Pets considered with $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. (no exotic pets) Bathroom soap and toilet paper are provided (for weekly rentals only), as well.
