Living room with cathedral ceiling. New large outdoor shower. Driveway for one car. Full kitchen and dining area. Friendly neighborhood and games and books for the beach or R&R. Gas grill.
Master bedroom has queen bed; 2 twins in second bedroom (can be put together for a king-size). Double-sized futon in living room. Bring own sheets and pillow cases; pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided as is typical in Cape May. If you don't want to bother bringing your sheets, there are linen services available in Cape May, just ask.
There are sidewalks throughout the area. You're close to the Nature Center of Cape May, which holds kids activities throughout the summer. Parking is oh so easy in this neighborhood and the wide, quiet streets are a biker's dream come true.
Close to Coast Guard station, Children Nature Center, beaches, Wawa, C-View Inn, and all the rest that Cape May has to offer.

Security Deposits: $250/wk. 50% deposit is due within 10 days with signed contract. Security deposit and balance are due 30 days prior to the start of the rental.
In the event the Lessee wishes to cancel this lease, s/he shall make such request in writing to the landlord. This shall be terminated only after another Lessee is secured for the same time period and rental amount or permission from the Lessor is otherwise granted. A service charge of 12% of the total rental price for the same time period and rental amount shall be deducted from the deposit before it is returned. If any rent is unpaid or not paid on time, or if default shall be made in any of the terms and conditions of this lease, the lease shall be terminated or if premises is occupied, must be vacated immediately with no refund.
