This apartment is in a two-family house built into the sand dunes with a bulkhead. Access is on the sand or from the boardwalk walkway. The street goes right up to the sand. In order to get into the house, each house provides a leeway. Parking is in the rear. Direct TV with premium cable stations. Central Air. Washer and dryer. BBQ for each unit and outdoor furniture for dining.
Has two decks, front one overlooking the ocean and a rear one, and includes grill and deck furniture. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms sleeps eight. Two queens, two twins, and one futon. Has a full kitchen, spacious living room. Full kitchen with a refrigerator and central air conditioning. Dishwasher and availability of washer and dryer in the basement.

#883. Amazing Stay!
The location could not be more perfect. The apartment is very clean with tons of great amenities- umbrellas, beach chairs, barbecue, convenient washer and dryer. We loved watching the sunrise every morning. Hope to stay here again!

#884. Oceanfront Adventure
Our family really enjoyed every minute. Even the rainy days were were exciting, because the location is right on the ocean regular rain was exciting and dramatic for the kids! We eleven saw dolphins from the balcony. All the amenities were wonderful, beach chairs, umbrellas, and the grill. The futon in the living room is comfortable for guests. The stairs in the back were not as much a problem as other reviews have indicated; if you are use to living in a 2 story home then this is equivalent. The property owner and her staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. Will definitely return to this location.

#630. Awesome stay; great view of the beach
The house was very comfortable for our group of 5. It is right on the beach, which is fantastic.
Minor drawbacks: The stairs to reach the house are steep, so be aware of this if anyone in your party has difficulty climbing stairs. Also, the assortment of glasses, dishes and silverware was quite limited so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Overall, I hope to go back. Great house
