MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
☞ Low-Season: 2-night minimum stay is required.
☞ Mid-Season: 3-night minimum stay is required.
☞ High Season (June 21, 2025 - August 30, 2025): 7-night minimum stay is required, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only (Saturday-to-Saturday bookings).
If your desired dates don’t perfectly align with these guidelines, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

HOUSE LAYOUT
Our home is 1,214 square feet. The first floor features a dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom with standing shower, and washer & dryer. The second floor features the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bedroom with a full-sized bed. There is also an additional bathroom on the second floor with a standing shower. The third floor is a converted attic, fully remodeled, and features 2x twin XL beds.
KITCHEN
At the heart of Blue Atlantic lies a culinary paradise, featuring soapstone countertops, custom cabinetry, and a Moroccan tile backsplash. State-of-the-art appliances, including a double oven with an air fryer and a two-tiered dishwasher, are ready to inspire your culinary creativity.
LIVING ROOM
The living room serves as a hub for relaxation and entertainment, with a striking floating staircase, a Samsung TV, Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed internet. Comfortable seating makes this the perfect spot to unwind.
DINING ROOM
Adjacent to the living area, the dining room offers a cozy and elegant space for meals and gatherings. A welcoming table for six, curated barware, and an array of board games ensure delightful dining and entertainment experiences.
BATHROOMS
Two spa-inspired bathrooms feature heated floors, contemporary fixtures, and glass showers with invigorating rain heads, creating a luxurious retreat.

Four elegantly furnished bedrooms promise tranquility and comfort, with luxury linens, ceiling fans, and blinds. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private porch with ocean views. The Green Bedroom features a queen-size bed. The Terracotta bedroom features a full-sized bed. The upstairs attic, which has been fully remodeled, has been converted into a bedroom featuring 2x twin XL beds.

Only an hour’s drive from Manhattan (to the north) and 90 minutes from Philadelphia (to the south). Follow Rte 33 east into Ocean Grove and down Broadway. Ocean Grove is also easily accessible by train (Asbury Park) and bus via New Jersey Transit.

HOUSE RULES
☞ No Parties or Loud Music: No parties, receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, proms, or any similar events. No loud music at any time.
☞ Respect Neighbors: Please wind down gatherings by 8 PM and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
☞ Maximum Occupancy: The house and property are limited to a maximum of 8 people at any time, including all guests and visitors. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval. Violations may result in loss of deposit and immediate eviction.
☞ Music Restrictions: No music is to be played on the porch at any time. Please refrain from blasting music inside the house.
☞ Lease Agreement: The responsible guest must review, complete, and sign a lease agreement. A copy of the responsible guest's driver's license is also required.
☞ No Pets: Sorry, no pets are allowed on the premises.
☞ No Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the house or on the porch or patio.
$500 security deposit required, returned within 2 weeks of checkout.

Sal’s place was perfect for my parents and brother to stay during our wedding weekend! When a flash flood rained out our photo plans at the venue, it also served as a beautiful backdrop for the groomsmen getting ready photos. The place is spotless and perfectly located. This is a wonderful beach house. Excellent location - a very short walk to the beach — and at the same time a very comfortable, modern/newly renovated, well equipped house. The kitchen has all the dishes and serving/cooking utensils you’ll want or need,, the beds are all comfortable, plenty of towels and beach equipment air conditioning is excellent etc. The hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend.

The house is beautifully appointed, we felt right at home - comfy beds and living room furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and wash/dry clothing throughout the week. The location is exceptional. Block and a half to a beach entrance. Beach and neighborhood was quiet during mid June stay. Sal was excellent before our stay and during, very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about it, we can’t wait to return.

Absolutely fit our needs. We were a group of 7 ladies away for a girls weekend. Super easy check-in, very attentive host, very clean. Open downstairs floor plan meant that we could all chat and relax. A block and a half walk to the beach, easy street parking, 10 min walk to restaurants, shops, and the iconic Stone Pony. Would definitely stay again.

This house was a charming residence for my family. The location is excellent with both Asbury Park and Ocean Grove within walking distance. The amenities were thoughtfully selected with attention both the gourmet and children. Instructions were easy to follow and placed in a binder.
Sal (and Todd) made sure that everyone would have their needs met, from various types of coffee and tea makers to sippy cups and beach toys for the kiddos.
They were very responsive to our communication and left us a welcome gift!
