Family-friendly, completely renovated five-bedroom, three-bath family home on Greenleaf Park next to the Great Auditorium. Your family can dine in privacy on the second-floor porch, listen to concerts, rock and chat with passersby on the first-floor porch. Greenleaf Cottage has the perfect location, adjacent to the Great Auditorium, and a short walk to downtown, the beach and Asbury Park. Sleeps 9.

My sister and brother-in-law came to spend a few days and they don't walk very well. The location was great --for the downtown too. We are looking forward to our second rental week in August!"
Layout And Extras
The large first floor porch with rocking chairs and porch swing is a wonderful place to relax. The second floor porch has a chaise lounge and a table that can seat 10-12 for private outdoor dining. Feels like you're in a tree house! The park across the street makes this a perfect vacation home for families with children. Kitchen table can seat 10, second floor porch table seats 10-12. Party lights and charcoal grill included! Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach cart and umbrellas can be found in the beach locker.

In the Neighborhood
Bakeries, many small neighborhood restaurants, lots of shopping within a three block walk. Park the car and you never need to leave the Grove.
Nearby Attractions
Asbury Park with great shopping and dining is a short walk across the pedestian bridge. Asbury Park has added a water park, miniature golf course, and a an arcade for children and has recently been named one of the country's best small towns. Six Flags, Sandy Point Park and many golf courses are a short drive away.

#1188. Best Place We've Ever Stayed In
Greenleaf Cottage has been our family's only choice as a summer vacation rental for years in Ocean Grove. It not only provides comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, two washing machines with dryers, and everything else including toys, puzzles, books, games to pass the time, but a wide porch with a swing and rockers and carefully tended shrubs and potted plays around the house. I'd like to add that the owners have lovely taste in furnishings and decoration: artwork and photos of different kinds wherever you look. They really care about Greenleaf. The house is located across from a park and near the auditorium a short walk to the beach.

#770. Wonderful OG home
We just had a great family vacation week at the Greenleaf Cottage. It’s ideally located within walking distance to the beach, town and Asbury. There is a small park right out the front door where the grandkids kids loved to play. The house has central AC, two large beautiful porches, a well stocked kitchen and spacious rooms. It is clean, updated and well furnished. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

#657. Great Family Get Away
We had a great week with 3 generations from Virginia,Missouri and Wisconsin all together under one roof that had not happened since 2019. Many great memories were made! Green Leaf Cottage is a gorgeous home and the perfect house for a group. Lot of space for gathering or quick reading or alone time. The bookshelves are packed full of books of all kinds. The kitchen is equipped for serious cooking. The park across the street made porch, both up and downstairs sitting fun. Close to the Great Auditorium and other Ocean Grove historic sites. We enjoyed many walks to the beach and around the community looking at the Victorian homes. Main Street shopping area had great restaurants and fun and interesting stores. Our family looks forward to another trip to NJ shore.
