My friends and I had such a great time at Sal’s house! The place was just as pictured and had everything we could need in the kitchen. The house is in the perfect spot! So close to the beach and walkable to everything in downtown Asbury Park. We would definitely come back!

We made a great choice. The house was very cute and clean, Sal was very accommodating to what we needed. He even offered us early check-in and late checkout because of construction that was ongoing next-door.

I rented this beautiful home for myself and adult children and their spouses as we had a wedding in Asbury Park and needed a place to stay for the weekend. The location was perfect. The house was beautiful- very clean - looked newly renovated - everything was as we expected. The bedrooms were comfortable - as was the living area. Sal was a perfect host - very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend this rental for anyone who is looking to spend time in Ocean Grove/Asbury Park. We stayed here to reunite with some friends. It was a great location, modern appliances, and everything was within a 10 minute walk. No downsides at all!

We stayed at Sal's place for my sister's bachelorette & had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our group & exactly as described. It's only two blocks from the beach & though we didn't get to enjoy it since it was a colder off-season weekend, it is only a 10 minute walk to the restaurants, bars & shops in Asbury so we had plenty to do. Communication was excellent as well. We had a fuse blow one morning & Sal was super quick to respond & let us know where to find the breaker box. The only thing to be aware of is that there is construction happening on the house next door, so there was a bit of noise & it did impact parking near the house. But that being said, the work didn't start too early or go too late & there was other parking available on the block, so it was a minor inconvenience at the most. My guess is that construction will be wrapped by summer, so overall a great visit & will definitely be adding to places to book again!

We had a really fun weekend staying here! It was the perfect location and the perfect space! We all wish we could have stayed longer! Sal and Todd were wonderful hosts! They dropped off space heaters, which was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do, and very much needed in parts of the house. They were very responsive to any concerns we might have had. I would highly recommend staying at this house down the shore, in season and off season!

A wonderful house in a perfect location: 1 block from the ocean, on a quiet street, but easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars.
The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The house has every modern convenience while remaining true to the historic vibe. Kitchen is fabulously well-equipped, beds are comfortable. Highly recommended!!
