Sal’s place was perfect for my parents and brother to stay during our wedding weekend! When a flash flood rained out our photo plans at the venue, it also served as a beautiful backdrop for the groomsmen getting ready photos. The place is spotless and perfectly located. Sal is responsive and kind! We’d 100% stay again!

Sals home is beautiful! we stayed during the winter during a cold snap but his home was warm and welcoming. newly renovated and perfect size for a family or a few friends.

Sal and Todd's property was beautiful, spotless, and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were never waiting for a reply to a question we had about the area or house. They were very helpful and offered several times to help with anything we may have had a question about.

This is a wonderful beach house. Excellent location - a very short walk to the beach — and at the same time a very comfortable, modern/newly renovated, well equipped house. The kitchen has all the dishes and serving/cooking utensils you’ll want or need,, the beds are all comfortable, plenty of towels and beach equipment air conditioning is excellent etc. The hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend.

The house is beautifully appointed, we felt right at home - comfy beds and living room furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and wash/dry clothing throughout the week. The location is exceptional. Block and a half to a beach entrance. Beach and neighborhood was quiet during mid June stay. Sal was excellent before our stay and during, very responsive. I can’t say enough good things about it, we can’t wait to return.

Absolutely fit our needs. We were a group of 7 ladies away for a girls weekend. Super easy check-in, very attentive host, very clean. Open downstairs floor plan meant that we could all chat and relax. A block and a half walk to the beach, easy street parking, 10 min walk to restaurants, shops, and the iconic Stone Pony. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at many Air BNB's, and Sal's place is at the top of the list. My family loved it, and we felt right at home immediately. The neighborhood was just as homey. Super stylish and comfortable house. Great location! Walkable to beach, downtown Asbury Park via pedestrian bridge & Ocean Grove downtown shops/ restaurants.

This house was a charming residence for my family. The location is excellent with both Asbury Park and Ocean Grove within walking distance. The amenities were thoughtfully selected with attention both the gourmet and children. Instructions were easy to follow and placed in a binder.
Sal (and Todd) made sure that everyone would have their needs met, from various types of coffee and tea makers to sippy cups and beach toys for the kiddos.
They were very responsive to our communication and left us a welcome gift!
