Welcome to your Summer 2026 beach cottage in Ocean Grove, NJ. This mint‑condition 1‑bedroom, 2‑bath cottage condo is approximately 1,050 square feet and is designed for comfort and easy beach living. It is located near Surf beach in Ocean Grove just about 1.5 blocks to beach and close to all the charm of town and nearby Asbury Park.
The cottage features a huge open‑concept living room and kitchen with high ceilings, white shaker‑style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The living room includes a comfortable queen pullout sofa, and the bedroom has a king bed, so the cottage easily sleeps 4. The layout is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or entertaining friends and family.
There are two full bathrooms, which is a rare find in a 1‑bedroom cottage and makes sharing the space with guests much more comfortable. Mitsubishi minisplit HVAC units provide efficient, quiet air conditioning and heat throughout the cottage so you stay comfortable on hot summer days and cool evenings.
Step outside onto the mahogany front porch, where you can enjoy morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply watch people go by. The cottage has excellent curb appeal – it regularly draws compliments and second looks from passersby.
To make your beach time easier, the rental includes 2 beach badges and a beach storage locker, so you do not have to carry chairs and umbrellas back and forth every day. Wi‑Fi and all utilities (electric, water, etc.) are included, and professional cleaning every two weeks is provided at no additional charge to keep the cottage fresh and tidy throughout your stay. Please Note: Deposit Due at booking:$10,000.
Cleaning service will be every two weeks. Tenants are responsible to take out trash and recycling daily to the main building following the guidelines of both trash and recycling rules is the main building. Check in at 3PM on July 1 and check out 11 am on Aug 31 or earlier if needed but rental price will be the same . No pets and no acceptions .
