This place was perfect! It was a beautiful launch spot when the weather was nice and a fun place to huddle when it rained outside.
We enjoyed sipping wine on the deck and loved the view. It will be our first choice if we head back to the shore!

What a beautiful property! Located in an adorable town and walking distance to Asbury Park. The house was spotless. The linens and towels were quality. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. We were abgroup of 6 adults that stayed and the house was a perfect size for us. The upstairs deck gets great sun in the afternoon and the house is only a block's walk to the beach. 10/10 would recommend, we can't wait to return!!

I loved this house and I'll definitely come again. My mother asked me to buy it for her! (she is 93 years old). This house had everything that we needed. It was very clean and was a perfect home and location. We loved it.

This house is absolutely wonderful. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed and the plushiest bath towels I've every experienced! My family and I spent the weekend at the house to attend the Sea Hear Now music festival. The house is in walking distance of Asbury Park and about one block from the beach and Ocean Grove's Main Street. Very near and walking distance to loads of great restaurants and bars! We would most definitely rent this house again! Thanks to Angelo and Terry for taking great care of my family and this beautiful house!

My parents had a home in OG for many years so this was a very nostalgic trip for us. The location is spectacular! The flow in the first floor area is great for kids & adults. We ate at Pete & Elda's, Days, & Klein's. You truly have a gem here.

This was our first visit to Ocean Grove and what a wonderful vacation it turned out to be! Carolyn & Angelo's beautiful home at 21 Heck was the perfect size for our family of five and featured all the amenities you could possibly hope for. Not to mention just steps away from the beach, OG shops/restaurants, and even downtown Asbury Park was only a 15-20 min walk. There is simply no more perfect location to stay in OG! We were especially appreciative of the top-notch customer service from the property manager John, from getting us checked in and situated to answering any questions we had along the way. The whole 21 Heck experience went well beyond our expectations...we will definitely be back again!

I’ve been staying in Ocean Grove for a few years now and love the town and beaches. But 21 Heck took my experience to an entirely new level. From the gorgeous and clean accommodations, to the wonderful towels and bedding, the wagon with beach chairs and umbrella, and beach towels, every need was foreseen. The location, both to the beach and to the town was perfect- a quick walk to anything I might desire. For me, though, the second floor porch was the crowning glory. I ate my meals there, had my morning coffee and my evening wine with a beautiful view and lovely breezes. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

We have returned to OG with our kids because of the charm, the amazing beach, and the uniqueness of it all. THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL - proximity to everything, a spacious living environment, and attention to detail throughout! We swam and swam...and of course Days for ice cream, The Asbury boardwalk & Silverball (so fun!). We played family Ticket To Ride and got some amazing fresh shrimp from Klein's in Belmar. Also a few rounds of Uno on the lovely 2nd story patio with views! Didn't think we could love OG more, but it might be so. Thanks for everything. P.S. The showers were both so hot and perfect water pressure!

We truly enjoyed our week long summer vacation at 21 Heck Ave. We hadn't vacationed in 2 years due to the pandemic and we all (my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandsons)were looking forward to our vacation. We arrived on Friday 7/29/22 and were greeted by Terry W, property manager for our hosts, Carolyn & Angelo Carl. Terry knew the property well showing us each of the well-appointed details of this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom gem. The property is centrally located one block from the beach and one block from town. My grandsons loved the bunkbeds, retractable awning on a second floor deck, and the beach wagon providing easy transport for a 1 and 3 year old. This was the first beach experience for my 1 year old grandson. He loved the waves but wasn't a fan of the sand. We had a week of beautiful weather (6 days of sun, 1 day of clouds), great food (Ale house, OG Pizza, OG bakery, daily ice cream run to Days) and wonderful beach memories. We are looking forward to our next OG vacation and staying again at 21 Heck Ave.
