#1043. Deserves more than 5 stars!!
My family has been vacationing on the Jersey shore for 30 years and we all agreed this was our favorite beach house we have ever stayed in. The house is in the perfect location! You can easily walk downtown for restaurants/ice cream, walk to the beach and the boardwalk in Asbury was a beautiful walk we did every morning for a coffee. 7 of us stayed in the house and it never felt crowded. Our family is 2 months-74 years old and the house accommodated all of our individual needs! The property manager Terry was so thoughtful and communicative, she even saved us a parking spot directly in front of the house so I could easily unload all of my kids stuff! Our whole experience deserves more than 5 stars and we would absolutely recommend staying here!!

#1042. Loved the Holiday House!
We had three glorious beach days, amazing coffee, and walks to Asbury for ice cream. We were lucky enough to be here the weekend of the annual "Ocean Grove Flea Market" where there were hundreds of vendors. The bunk beds were a highlight for our 3 and 5 year olds! A direct quote "I love the holiday house" from our 3 year old. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house.

#1041. Wonderful birthday week
My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at 21 Heck! The lovely owners Angelo and Carolyn and their wonderful property manager Terry were very thoughtful to include a birthday welcome gift for our son. He was thrilled! The house was immaculate. By far, it was the best home we’ve rented in Ocean Grove. The open layout of the 1st floor worked very well for our group. The proximity of the home to the beach and Asbury Park was perfect. My grandparents started bringing us on day trips to Ocean Grove many years ago which is when we fell in love with this quaint town and our stay at 21 Heck was certainly one of our best trips yet! We can’t wait to come back! Perfectly equipped house for a relaxing stay.

#1040. Best Beach House!
My family and I go back to Ocean Grove every year and this was the best beach house we have stayed at so far! Amazing location, walkable to downtown, clean and well decorated house, and most hospitable property manager. Terry was so friendly and welcoming upon checking in. We’ll be back!

#1027. Positive vibes
We came for our best friend's wedding and had the best time! We went to Stella Marina Restaurant for the welcome party, Asbury Hotel for the wedding reception and Porta for the after party. This house was perfect for the 4 of us - we truly enjoyed the walks along the beach. Also, the simplicity and positive vibes of the house was perfect.

Had a great time. The house is so beautiful and welcoming. Enjoyed the beach, walks on the boardwalk, local restaurants, and shopping. We come every year to Ocean Grove for a mini college reunion. This was by far the best visit and best house we've ever had!

Carolyn was a wonderful host! The home was beautiful, spacious, and a short walk to the beach. The upstairs deck area had great views of the ocean and town around us. It was perfect for a friends weekend. We already want to book again for next year.

#1019. Perfect blend of charm & comfort
This gem within a charming seaside community is the perfect blend of charm, comfort and practicality. The mattresses, linens and towels were high quality. The open concept on the lower level invites gatherings while the bedrooms upstairs provide privacy. The upstairs porch gives a bird’s eye view of ocean and an extension of the living space. We were warmly welcomed and had all we needed both for our time in the house and at the beach. This is now a favorite on my list of places to be.

#1018. Fantastic Location, Comfortable Space and Pro Hosts!
We visited Ocean Grove with 3 kids and 4 adults and had a fantastic time staying at the Heck Ave rental.
Location is truly unbeatable. The beach could be a quick visit or an all day hang because we were only ever 5 minutes away. Lots of cute shops nearby. We didn't use our car much during our stay.
The space is well stocked - it's been set up with renters in mind -- tons of towels and a simple set of cook/dishware/utensils. The hosts provided a starter kit so we didn't have to buy tons of detergents and soaps for a 1 week stay, which is highly appreciated. Like most homes in the area, there isn't really a yard for grilling and spending time in but the proximity to the beach was our priority.
Hosts - this is by far the most professional rental experience I've had working directly with hosts. Angelo and Carolyn were proactive and had communication prepared to help us make the most of our visit. Their property manager, Terry, went our of her way to answer questions and help us get settled in. They truly set the bar for hospitality when it comes to direct rentals!
We hope to return again next summer!
